RESERVATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

 

  1. RESERVATION DATA REMITTANCE:

    Please check all data in your booking request to be right, paying special attention to your e-mail address.

  2. ANSWERING TIME:

    Out of some special occasions, we will answer per e-mail your requests into the next three workdays. after you submited the form, trying always to do it as soon as possible, once checked the availability for requested service.

  3. RESERVATION VALUATION:

    In case there is availability for your request, in our answer we specify the total value of the reservation (usually with taxes included) indicating the prepayment that must be made as a deposit and the rest that will have to be made cash at the time of beginning Receive the reserved services.
     
    This deposit can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or 4b) and clients in Spain have the opportunity to do so by means of deposit or transfer to our bank account within 3 business days.

  5. NUMBER OF PEOPLE PER ROOM:

    Single room: only allowed the accommodation of one person or one adult and one child equal or less than 3 years old.

    Double room: only allowed the accommodation of two persons or two adults and one child equal or less than 3 years.

 

 

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

B. Total loss of deposit paid in advance if cancellation is received less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to the date of commencement of the service.
